Andrew's garden was plentiful this year!!! We got a ton of tomatoes...seriously. We made sauce and salsa so far. We were going to also just can some but they may not happen. He picked them green when we had several days of frost in September but it warmed up after that and a lot rotted.
He tried his hand at sauerkraut but it didn't work out...maybe next time. His pickles were a hit though!
He made several jars of jalapeno salsa and jelly. He will be the only one partaking of those though.
And lastly, the pumpkins! They were still green in this picture but most of them have since turned a nice orange. A couple were carved and the rest will be turned into pie, cheesecake and bars...yum!
